This is some kind of a hybrid and is absolutely able to live in milder weather.

With both these palm trees or any buy palm trees the key is learning how to care for them.  With these two in particular you want to make sure you don’t overwater them.That is the main cause of diseases.  Also you want to make sure you have good soil and fertilize if you have to.If you do take good care of these palm trees then definitely you will get to enjoy them. You will be enjoying palm trees that not many people have and it will help your landscaping stand out and look great.
